Crack Routering:	Routering of the cracks is recommended in order to expand the width of the cracks so that the asphalt can expand and contract during the each seasonal event preventing further cracks from developing.
Crack Sealing:	All router cracks are filled with a hot rubber material specifically designed for asphalt to prevent water from seeping below the asphalt and help prevent further cracks from developing.
Seal Coating:	Seal coating extends the surface life of the asphalt and improves the overall appearance. Water freezes and melts on the surface causing the asphalt to expand and contract thus causing cracks to form. By applying a seal coat it will help prevent this from happening and prevent the asphalt from fading and drying out from the sun. Seal coat should be applied every two years for commercial properties and every three years for residential properties. Seal coating will give your investmentthat quality look you are looking for.
Seam:	Usually this area is where concrete curbs and asphalt meet. We clean out the area with a compressor to remove all dirt and then fill with crack seal. By cleaning the seam and filling with crack seal it will prevent water from getting underneath the asphalt causing more damage later on.
Line Striping:	Re-line stripe your existing parking stall lines, hatches, and pavement markings such as handicaps and other pavement markings you may have. We also do new layouts.
Pothole Repair / Patching:	Repair potholes and perform asphalt patching.
Parking Lot Cleaning	Clean parking lot from all debris and haul away
